Product made with selected national pig meat - mainly: shoulders, panettone and leg trimmings with the addition of salt, flavorings and spices. It has the typical white plumage on the outside while when cut it has a bright red color due to the addition of chilli powder with the right balance between lean and fat (lean 65% fat approximately 35%).
